The USPCA is Uganda's only companion animal shelter, home to 200+ dogs, cats, puppies and kittens given a second chance & looking for their forever homes.

The USPCA is dedicated to community outreach initatives, including animal welfare education and rabies vaccination & spay/neuter clinics.
